Following the Buddhist path in the 21st century

Vincent has been studying Buddhism for over twenty years. He practices mainly in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, but has also received teachings from various lineages. Meditation and contemplation are part of his daily routine; he is used to spending time on retreat, and has had the good fortune to meet many great masters. He believes in the power and relevance of a culture of awareness, openness and kindness, and contributes in different ways to the preservation and transmission of the precious heritage of Indo-Himalayan Buddhist traditions.

Writings

Vincent has written books inspired by Buddhist philosophy, the need for altruism and discernment, and the quest for clarity and integrity in a dizzying world. While most of his books are only available in French for now, we invite you to look out for the forthcoming publication of his book Overflow: A Buddhist Guide to Recovering Sanity in the Age of Information Overload, on which he has been working for years.

Talks and Other Activities

Vincent regularly leads activities for people wishing to discover and deepen their understanding of meditation practice and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy. It was in this context that he founded Pema Ö, a friendly community of study and practice rooted in the Nyingma tradition, which dates back to the 8th century. Here are summaries of talks he has given, which provide a good starting point:
